The monograph is devoted to a multi-factorial assessment of the state policy of the glorification of Nazism, carried out in various forms in the Republic of Armenia since the beginning of the 21st century, when this political and legal problem is considered from the point of view of history, law and political science. On the basis of historical documents previously published and newly revealed in the archives of Russia and Azerbaijan, the theme is accentuated on the actions of the Armenian authorities on glorification of the personality of the Nazi criminal Nzhdeh (Garegin Ter-Harutyunyan) and his theory of the tzehakron having Nazi and racist content, as well as the personality and activity of the terrorist and the Nazi criminal Dro (Drastamat Kanayan). In addition, the book criticized the position of the Russian Foreign Ministry which refused to recognize openly the practice of memorializing the personality and intellectual heritage of Nzhdeh and Dro in Armenia by the actions of official authorities on glorification Nazism in this country.
The publication is intended for professional politicians, diplomats, law enforcement officers and special services, historians, lawyers, political scientists, higher education teachers, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions, as well as a wide range of readers interested in the modern political life of the South Caucasus region.

In this monograph, the author explores the history of transnational Armenian terrorism, a unique criminological phenomenon of the twentieth century that is still relevant today, focusing in particular on its historical, legal, political scientific, and culturological aspects. He presents information summarized from more than fifty studies by Russian, American, Austrian, British, Israeli, Turkish, Azerbaijani, and Armenian scientists on this topic, whereby putting previously classified archive sources that represent judicial evidence and operational documents of the American and Soviet intelligence services into scientific circulation for the first time. The monograph is furnished with illustrative material (documents) and references.
The second English edition of the monograph is corrected on the basis of again established and documentary confirmed facts therefore three chapters have received new edition and also supplemented with new chapter about national and religious roots of transnational Armenian terrorism.
